2014 – The New Year

Our family and our business have grown a lot since we first opened our doors in 2008.  Over time we started to realize that as our business grew our family grew apart.  We sat down and talked about how to change this.  Our decision was that our 2014 New Year’s resolution was to stream-line our business.  You see, when we first started out, we were photography pigs.  We took any and every photographic job we could take – even if our hearts weren’t in it.   This lead to a decline in our passion for what we do and an ultimate decline in the quality of our work.  Our clients deserve better. I’m happy to say that we aren’t pigs anymore.

Effective immediately, we no longer take children or family sessions.  If you have one booked, we’re still happy to photograph that for you!  It’s not that we don’t love kids or families – it’s just that our hearts aren’t there.  There are several great photographers that focus on those genres, and I’ll be more than happy to refer them to you.

We are now strictly focusing on the following genres that are very close to our hearts:

  • High School Seniors
  • Upscale Weddings
  • Boudoir
  • Landscape commissions

So let’s start making art!  Here’s a couple of photos to get your mouth wet 🙂

Amanda, last year’s senior REP really knows how to rock out the snow shots!
